Custom Package Manufacturing

At Merrill, we have the in-house capabilities to manufacture packaging on site, providing turnkey services for our customers. Our manufacturing services include printing, die cutting, stitching and slitting. We can handle production for single wall, double wall and triple wall materials, as well as foam and wood assembly.

APSTAR 1632 Printer Die-Cut Machine
(66” x 126”, 2-Color)
With its 126” wide capacity, our APSTAR 1632 is capable of manufacturing any kind of box, from single wall and double wall to die cuts and printed corrugate.

EMBA 244 Folder/Gluer
(43” x 96”, 2-Color)
This 96” wide machine not only prints, but also folds and glues boxes in one single pass.

ZLR FFG Folder/Gluer
(50” x 110”, 2-Color)
This 110” wide machine is capable of running 300 boxes per minute, printing and folding single wall corrugated.

Additional Equipment
Merrill also has two Thompson flat die cutters as well as a Koppers and SNS slitter.

We deliver throughout the Northeast! Within days of your order being ready, you will receive delivery from one of our four Merrill trucks.
