December News – Happy Holidays from Merrill Industries

To all Merrill Industries Customers and Colleagues,

As we move from Thanksgiving to the December Holiday Season and year end, we would like to take a moment to thank all of our new and veteran customers who continued their patronage and made 2018 a good year.

This year we also had fun designing new packaging for a few of our customers along with the annual Ellington (CT) Library Mini Golf tournament (see our February 2019 issue)!

At Merrill, our goal is to continue to serve our customers respectfully and responsibly; that’s why we treat our customers like family.

Julia-in-a-Box

Our highly personalized customer service is at the core of our business, as we provide one-on-one attention to all of our accounts and deliver on what matters most; a human connection, so you are never treated like “just a number”.

The entire Merrill team uses a customer-centric, hands-on approach to solve your packaging challenges, to ensure a smooth working relationship and provide on time delivery. Our dedicated customer service is part of our “whatever it takes” philosophy and our team’s commitment to excellence and doing business with integrity is irreproachable.

Mr. Richard Wheeler, CEO Merrill Industries stated; “Thanks for all your business in 2018, and remember when you need to package your precious cargo, think Merrill! Of course, like my granddaughter, Julia; our little ones always look to Merrill for fun, not just solutions! We look forward to a positive, healthy, and prosperous 2019!”

About Julia: Granddaughter to Richard Wheeler, CEO of Merrill Industries, LLC, is 14 months old and loves the Christmas season when she gets to play in all the boxes her newest toys arrive in! With her great smile and sparkling eyes, she has also been nominated as the future Merrill spokeswoman!

Wishing you and your families a very Joyous Holiday Season & Happy New Year!

Rich Wheeler, CEO
